The Lonely Child

Based on real events of my real life. Except this is writing about another person to avoid it being too personal. Also not all of the stuff in this book are true. But it's still based on my real life
"Everyday it feels like i saunter in univited with some people giving me looks" - Felix Kingswood
Hi guys. My name is Felix Kingswood and i am 15. I attend Heathersett Academy. Sounds normal right? Ha i wish! You see i am diagnosed or was diagnosed with a disabillity known as Dyspraxia, So all the stuff people can do, I can't. I'm so clumsy, dis-organised, messy, lazy, awkward, badly co-ordinated, an quiet. I might be putting myself down here but i have to tell the truth you know. So basically my dream is to become a musician, to have at least some dignity, to have at least 1 friend and finally not to be so well hidden all the time. I hope i can achieve this goal but..... we'll see how it goes. I hope to see you on the first chapter!
"If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward" - Martin Luther King Jr
Ok first things first. Let me tell you a bit about myself. My name as some people know is Felix Kingswood. I'm 15 and i attend Heathersett Academy which lies in the city of Norfolk. Basically i eat, sleep and do all of that stuff that any person would do. Sounds normal right? Well think again. My disability makes me far from normal. Ok so at the age of say 10 as i don't exactly know but yeah at the age of 10 i was diagnosed with a disability known as Dyspraxia or if you wanna be fancy, Developmental Cordenation Disorder. What this means is i come out as weired, awkward, annoying, clumsy, messy etc. There's a lot more to words to describe me but those are the main ones. I know it's sad but trust me once we progress through the story it get's worse from here. Don't worry though there's going to be a happy ending (If things turn out as expected).
Ok so let me tell you a bit of science:
Basically if your:
- Parents have Dyspraxia
- Parents smoked or inhaled acohol
- 2 weeks premature (So if you born on the 37th week of pregnancy. This one is the most common)
Then the chances or Dyspraxia are extremely high UNLESS you were born 2 weeks premature and got ADHD instead. Also Dyspraxia occurs most in boys, like me.
Dyspraxia happens because their is a malfunction while delivering messages into your brain. Not much else is discovered but that's what the scientists predict.
I'll tell a lot more later on but this is the main bits or the bits i need to tell you first.
Right let's move on.
Chapter 1 - It All Began From The Moment I Woke Up
"The one who follows the crowd will usually go no further than the crowd. Those who walk alone are likely to find themselves in places no one has ever been before". - Albert Einstein
Ok let's begin.
